If you look after a partner, parent or adult child, you need time for yourself too. Take a Break gives unpaid carers in Hampshire regular time away, while one of our carers supports the person you look after at home.

How to access Take a Break
Take a Break is arranged through Hampshire County Council, usually after a carer’s assessment. If you already have a Take a Break package with us and want to discuss your visits, call us on 023 8192 4908. If you are new to it, we can explain how to request an assessment.
